A novice blogger on SEO

Only 15 days after publication of the first part of my content on the homepage, the NoviceSEOBlogger.com can already be found on page 5 in a Google Search.
I think that the relapse from a week ago to page 17 was really due to the publication of the second part of the text.
Would I be able to get a blog about Focus Keywords on the first page of the main search engines (Google and Bing)? While: being a novice at blogging? being an amateur on SEO? being not an English native writer at all? regarding that specific search, other parties are dominating the world for many years? And that pure with the use of The SEO Framework (made by my youngest son Sybre) and their Focus Extension, and with the tips of an SEO Guru as published on his site. Feel free to follow my journey how I have succeeded.
