A novice blogger on SEO

Because the results of the different search engines might have been influenced by the searches I did previously, I asked an old friend who lived in Canada to do the same searches for me with the different search engines.
And the results were the same for Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Web crawler, Yippy, Oscobo and Dogpile: on PAGE ONE!
For Google it was a bit disappointing: high on PAGE 5. Affected by my previous searches? Local influence? More competition in Canada on this topic?
Would I be able to get a blog about Focus Keywords on the first page of the main search engines (Google and Bing)? While: being a novice at blogging? being an amateur on SEO? being not an English native writer at all? regarding that specific search, other parties are dominating the world for many years? And that pure with the use of The SEO Framework (made by my youngest son Sybre) and their Focus Extension, and with the tips of an SEO Guru as published on his site. Feel free to follow my journey how I have succeeded.
